Attract Loving Relationships Meditation

Attracting loving relationships is an inside job and starts with self-love.
This class is a combination of meditation, play, and consciousness-exploring exercises to surrender the parts of us that don't love ourselves. We will start with a quick check-in and spend the first few minutes releasing negative beliefs and distorted self-perceptions. Then I will offer a guided meditation and various energy exercises to activate self-love and support you to truly bring in loving energy into the very cells of your body. Bringing loving energy into the body helps you to embody the energy of love, rather than it being just an idea in your mind. In the last part of class, we will explore radiating love outward to others. We will raise our vibrations to a loving frequency so that we can attract more love and loving relationships in every area of our lives!

About Me
Denice is a certified energy healer and mind-body therapist with training in Depth Psychology and various modalities for exploring consciousness and energy. She supports highly sensitive creatives, healers, and empaths to deeply align with their soul’s purpose and bring their gifts forward by helping them heal and clear old wounds, traumas, defensive patterns, and limiting beliefs. Her focus is on body-centered healing (since the body keeps the score) and providing a safe relationship for deep and lasting transformation.
In addition to offering one-on-one sessions, she also teaches and facilitates many groups and circles to promote authentic connection with self and others, alignment and manifestation of one’s soul’s purpose, and nervous system regulation to experience calm, balance, and peace of mind. Liberate Yourself in Sherman Oaks, Pieter Space, and Insight LA are some of the places where she has offered guided meditations and facilitated group work.
Denice received her certification at Lionheart Institute and Healer’s Forum. She also studied with Anodea Judith.
