About this Event

Strong client relationships begin long before a contract is signed - they start from the very first moment someone encounters your business.

If you work in a client‑facing role within a professional, service‑led business, this 1‑day workshop brings you together with others who do the same kind of work, to understand and strengthen every stage of the client journey and the strategic part you play in it. You’ll learn practical ways to improve client attraction, connection and long‑term loyalty, the things that genuinely drive sustainable revenue and repeat business. And you’ll leave with approaches that aren’t generic, but shaped around who you are and how you naturally build relationships - ready to put into practice straight away and share across your team.

Across the day, you’ll hear from three specialists who each bring a different lens to relationship‑building: Business Development and Account Management, Customer Experience, and Marketing - departments you may well represent.

Lydia Fasham, Founder of Henler, will explore intentional relationship‑building at all levels in business; looking at how to create meaningful, long‑term and strategic connections within your network.

Mel Evans, Director at Insight6, will focus on what clients experience once they’re through your business door, and how to strengthen what you deliver so that clients stay, return and advocate for you.

Lucy Beddall, Founder of Ten:15 Marketing, will help you refine the personal brand you bring into those relationships - including how you show up on platforms like LinkedIn - making sure you’re clear, confident and aligned with how you want to be seen.

You’ll leave with practical, actionable strategies you can use immediately - not just for yourself, but with the potential to share and embed across your wider team. This won’t be a feel‑good day with vague ideas; it will be a focused, energising session designed to give you the understanding, tools and confidence to create real impact in the client relationships that drive your business forward.
