Attorney General Candidates Debate

Join us on August 18, 2026 at 6:30 PM (Eastern Daylight Time) at the Wilmington Public Library for a debate featuring the three candidates for Delaware's Attorney General. Spotlight Delaware Editor in Chief Jake Owens will moderate.

Candidates participating include the current Attorney General Kathy Jennings, former ACLU Legal Director Dwayne Bensing, and advocate/activist Patty Rickman.

The Wilmington Public Library does not have a parking lot. Street parking is available on the surrounding streets, and is free in the evenings.

While there is no virtual option to attend, the debate transcript will be published shortly after the event.

You must RSVP to attend. This is a will-call event; no printed ticket is required.

Seating is limited, so if you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration to release your ticket.
