Join us with your loved ones for this special 60-minute all levels 'Attitude of Gratitude' themed Vinyasa flow class to kick-off your Turkey Day! We will mindfully, move pose to pose with an emphasis on twists (promotes digestion). Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
