Join us for another Holistic Workshop with Mamas on Missions - we are moms on missions - whatever that looks like for any mom. And here's the best part, your little ones are invited to come and play too!!
This exclusive event is your opportunity to connect with like-minded moms that want to practice gratitude and mindfulness while raising our kids with a balanced lifestyle. This is for you and your family!
During this mom circle we will be joined with our special guest, Sarah Kernohan, mindfulness teacher and YWCA Group Facilitator, who will lead us in a guided mindful movement practice and discuss the benefits of gratitude.
We also welcome back Melissa Johnson, from Little Market Muskoka who will supervise the children with a special gratitude and mindfulness activity.
This is our 9th event where we will share more information about our M.O.M community. Every event has brought us new people, so we welcome you to join us if it is your first time!
We are so grateful to have been awarded the Pay It Forward community grant from the District of Muskoka and partnering with YWCA Muskoka and Little Market Muskoka! We are excited to share this initiative in supporting Muskoka moms on their motherhood journey!
