The on ice portion is from 1pm-2pm. Participants should arrive between 12:00pm and 12:15pm to check in and be fitted for gear. If you have a bicycle, skateboard or hockey helmet, we recommend bringing it as our helmets available to borrow are limited. We will provide skates, sticks and some protective gear. Other items recommended are some form of shin guards or knee pads, warm layers such as thick pants or snow pants, gloves.
