🏐 Dominate the Court with Serving and Attacking Skills 🏐
Women: 10-12 PM
Men: 1-3 PM
In this 2-hour clinic for female athletes ages 13 and up, you’ll focus on two key aspects of beach volleyball: serving and attacking. With expert guidance from an Olympic head coach, you’ll improve your power, placement, and strategy to keep your opponents on their toes.
🔥 Hour 1: Serving Techniques
Learn the fundamentals of serving with power and accuracy.
Master strategies like float serves, jump serves, and tactical serving.
🔥 Hour 2: Attacking with Precision
Focus on approach timing, arm swing mechanics, and shot selection.
Improve your ability to attack from different positions and angles to break down the defense.
Two Separate Courts:
We’ll have two separate courts—one dedicated to serving and the other to attacking. With two different coaches, you’ll get specialized feedback and expert coaching to maximize your skills in each area.
This clinic will give you the tools to dominate with your serve and attack skills, setting you up for success in matches.
