About this Event
Ever wondered why patterns in relationships and even the way you feel keep repeating on loop?
In this 3-hour psychology-based workshop, we will understand our emotional blueprints, how it influences the way we form attachments, and as such how our lives play out the way it does. You will also learn and practice how to shift out of your insecure and familiar traits.
Our workshop is open to everyone, regardless of gender identity or expression. 🌈
In detail:
❤️ Thoroughly understand your attachment style through a guided assessment, uncovering the patterns that influence how you seek closeness, handle distance, and respond to emotional needs.
❤️ Establish your rooted core beliefs — the stories you’ve carried about safety, love, worthiness, and trust — and begin to see how they were formed.
❤️ Clearly map out your attachment blueprint and notice how it shows up across every area of your life: in love, friendships, family, and even in the relationship you have with yourself.
❤️ Recognise what secure attachment looks and feels like — understand the traits of secure relating and how they differ from anxious, avoidant, or disorganised patterns.
❤️ Learn and practise moving toward secure attachment — discover how to shift from reactive, fear-based responses to steadier ones
❤️ Notice how your outer world shifts — as you grow more secure within, you begin naturally attracting healthier friendships, partners, and life situations.
❤️ Experience a rise in self-worth and self-love — not as an affirmation, but as a lived truth that emerges when you feel safe, seen, and enough.

Lou, Psychotherapist, The Conscious Mind Psychotherapy
Lou is a trauma-informed psychotherapist who believes that real healing happens when insight is embodied, not just understood. Her approach goes beyond talk therapy, integrating neuroscience, evidence-based modalities, and experiential work that engages both the mind and body.
She brings deep respect for the messy, layered, and beautiful experience of being human.
