About this Event
Atomic.archives: Colombian Coffee Tasting
Three Colombian coffees. Three very different approaches to processing.
Join us for an intimate tasting exploring some of the more interesting corners of Colombian specialty coffee, from an experimental enzymatic washed coffee to an anaerobic natural and a competition-winning anaerobic washed coffee.
Hosted at the Atomic Brew Bar, we'll taste each coffee together, unpack the producers, processes, roasting approaches and stories behind them, and explore what makes each cup unique.
All proceeds from the session will go towards the Colombia Earthquake Relief Fund through GlobalGiving.
