Inspired by James Clear’s Atomic Habits, this class focuses on creating systems (the math) in order to understand the cut process (dexterity).

There are a few basic principles in cutting hair that every hairdresser should master: how to properly move through hair and execute seamlessly, knowledge of the head shape, technically verbalize terminology and methodology, and drawing head sheets. If you continuously and intentionally apply these foundational elements 1% better every day in your craft, you will exponentially advance your work.

This is a two part class: the first half will consist of a live haircut demonstration and the second half will focus on understanding the differencet systems in hair cutting followed by a head sheet breakdown.
