Oklahoma’s rapid weather changes often bring dramatic shifts in color, temperature, and light quality. This two-day workshop focuses on identifying and exaggerating those shifts to create compelling, believable atmospheres. Participants will study warm and cool relationships, grayed color, and the role of neutrals in weather-driven landscapes. While demonstrations will be in pastel, the principles translate directly to oil, making the workshop suitable for artists using other media who want to loosen their approach while maintaining strong structure.
