February is the month of love....'Atma prema' comes from the wonderful language 'Sanskrit' which translates to unconditional love.
On the evening of the 28th February we shall indulging ourselves to some much needed heart felt, self-care.
Starting with a dreamy pranayama practice helping you to reconnect, and slow down while practising the Ganesha mudra, which is said to open the heart, lungs and clear all obstacles within your life.
Once settled in a comfortable position, I shall be taking you through an immersive sound healing journey.
Not only working on a cellular level of clearing internal blockages, but your mind through stages of alpha (relaxed), theta (dream state), and maybe even delta (deep sleep).
