Atlas Breath & Ice is here! Starting this Friday and continuing every Monday, Friday, and Saturday, I’m hosting Breath & Ice sessions at my place in Narrawallee to help you reset your mind and body for the week ahead.
Where: 45 Ross Ave, Narrawallee�When: Mon & Fri 5pm, Sat 7am�Cost: $15 per session or $35 for the full week
These sessions are designed to:
�✅ Reduce stress and anxiety�✅ Improve your mood and mental clarity�✅ Strengthen your immune system�✅ Build resilience in a safe, supported environment�✅ Connect you with a local community committed to growth
What to bring:
* A towel and swimmers
* A warm change of clothes for after
* An open mind and willingness to challenge yourself
