Our gathering room will be transformed into an underwater sanctuary inspired by the beauty and mystery of the ocean. Soft lighting, flowing ocean projections, beach inspired aromatherapy, gentle ambient ocean soundscapes, crystal singing bowls, and tranquil décor will surround you, creating the feeling of resting beneath the sea.
Each participant will relax comfortably in their own anti gravity chair with cozy blankets while allowing the sights, sounds, and calming atmosphere to quiet the mind and soothe the nervous system.
This 90 minute experience is designed to help you step away from the stress of everyday life and simply rest, breathe, receive, and restore.
