Hello felllow Mermaids and Mermen, Mermaids have long been the mystery of the seas, many a tale has been told, myths have been born and imaginations set a fire!
On this night we will be Re-Connecting with our Mermaid self from the Atlantean time/life line.
Then bringing him/her back into this present timeline to bring your soul back in to blissful fun, fantasy and magic.
So bring your open heart filled with eyes of a child, open mind with a sense of wonder and awe, with a playful energy. Whilst we play, swim and become the mermaid you are all within the meditative state of Ahhhhh!
Please bring with you:
cup/mug
pen/writing pad/journal
Yoga mat, pillow or cushions and blankets
Please wear:
Warm comfortable clothing.
