Start time: Competition starts at 11:00 AM (weigh-in and warm-up between 10:30 - 11:00am)

Participating athletes will get a chance to test their grip strength against others from the provinces of New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, PEI, and Newfoundland and Labrador, set new world records in grip sport, and build up their qualification for larger competitions such as the North American Grip Sport Championships.
No qualifications are required to participate in this event. Competitors must be a resident of the Atlantic provinces. All ages, genders and skill levels are welcome.

Double Shallow Inch Pinch
Napalm Nightmare One-handed 2-3/8" handle
Weight Classes at the event:
Men: <74kg, 93kg, 93kg+
Women: <72kg, 72kg +

Weight Classes tracked for records:
Men: 59 kg, 66 kg, 74 kg, 83 kg, 93 kg, 105 kg, 120 kg, 120+ kg
Women Weight Classes: 47 kg, 52 kg, 57 kg, 63 kg, 72 kg, 84 kg, 84kg+
Prizes:
Medals will be awarded to the top 3 competitors in each class. Additional prizes TBD.
Records:
Individual athlete results will be recorded within the Grip Sport International (GSI) database and Canada Grip Sport Rankings.
