11:00 AM – Arrival & Camp Check-In
Welcome table opens. Guests check in, receive camp bands / materials, and get oriented. Light refreshments available.
11:30 AM – Opening Circle + Camp Orientation
Introductions, intention-setting, overview of the day, and community agreements.
12:00 PM – Stretch + Flow (Yoga / Mobility Session)
A grounding movement experience to get the body warm, relaxed, and ready for play.
12:30 PM – Let the Games Begin
Camp-style group games, team challenges, and playful activities designed for connection, laughter, and movement.
2:00 PM – Snack + Vendor Break
Time to hydrate, grab snacks, and enjoy food from local vendors (or personal lunches).
2:30 PM – Creative / Wellness Workshops
Rotating experiences such as sound, art, or guided reflection.
3:30 PM – Community Play + Free Flo
4:15 PM– Closing Circle + Integration
Group reflection, gratitude, announcements.
