6:00 – 6:15 PM | Arrival & Mingling

· Check-in begins—grab your name tag and a refreshment.

· Have your QR code ready (LinkedIn or company profile), either printed or on your phone.

· Light networking as guests arrive. Stretch those social muscles.

6:15 – 6:30 PM | Icebreaker: “Scan & Stand”

· Each guest will:

· Stand, display their QR code.

· Introduce themselves with Name, Role & Company,how they're currently using AI — or how they’d like to be using it.

Bonus: Share the worst use of AI you've seen lately (for a laugh or a warning).

Let’s keep it lively, insightful, and just a touch ridiculous - like all great innovation.

6:30 – 6:50 PM | Group Connection Exercise

Prompt: “In a world driven by digital tools, what does meaningful connection look like to you?”

· Pair off or break into groups of 3.

· Discuss for 5–7 minutes.

· A few brave souls can share highlights with the full group (totally optional, no pressure—we’re not in a TED Talk).

Additional Questions for Discussion:

· What was the last networking event you attended?

· Was it virtual or in person?

· What made it memorable—or what made you wish you’d stayed home?

6:50 – 7:30 PM | Open Networking: Mingle & Merge

This is where the real magic happens.

· Mingle with members of the other organization.

· Conversation corners available by interest.

· Goal: Leave with 4–5 real connections—people who you want to get to know better professionally or personally. This isn’t speed dating.

7:30 – 8:00 PM | Closing Cheers

· Brief thank-you remarks and shout-outs to organizers and volunteers.

· Snap a group photo for LinkedIn—because if it’s not posted, did it even happen?

· Final mingling and informal wrap-up.
