About this Event

This strength-based Pilates class is designed to challenge muscles that are often undertrained in traditional gym workouts. We’ll focus on deep core stabilizers, hips, glutes, and postural muscles which are key for improving strength, mobility, and injury prevention.
We will fuel our recovery with Younited Wellness protein bars, supporting muscle repair and sustained energy post-class. Each Plant based protein bar has 16g protein and 10g fibre, so your muscles & your gut will be happy!
Come and train the muscles you don’t hit at the gym.
Fuel up after with Younited Wellness protein bars after!
Come alone or bring your better half, the burn is better shared!
