Anthony has been in the health & fitness industry for over a decade. He has been teaching and training all over the Bay Area. Currently he teaches at Equinox and FORMA and previously at places such as The Bay Club, Orange Theory, Row House, and 9ROUND to name a few. He is a former football and track and field athlete and has a Bachelor's degree in dance.

This is a high energy full body workout to increase strength, endurance, and agility. A workout with a little bit of everything to push you to the limit and bring out your inner athlete!
