About this Event

Melt into relaxation at Molly’s at 7pm with a sound bath and gentle movement. Let the immersive ambient sounds guide you into a state of calm. No experience needed. Just come and unwind.

Free parking is available in the parking lot surrounding the coffee shop. This is an all levels class, all bodies are welcome.

Bring your own mat and anthing to keep you comfy like blankets and pillows.
