Get your Thursday afternoon started with a 60 minute all levels Chair Yoga yoga class at Athens Physical Therapy RxGym. Chair yoga makes yoga accessible to a much broader population and can be done almost anywhere. Join us at RxGym as we move through sitting and standing shapes that seek to improve strength, gain flexibility, reduce stress, and find balance. Space for this event is limited to 5 attendees.

Athens Yoga Collective provides an hour of yoga at some of the best places around Athens. We believe in creating welcoming spaces that provide access to yoga for the local community. We truly believe that yoga is for every body. Our goal is to offer fun yoga in fun places with fun people!
