The Upcountry Oyster Roast began in 2012 as a spring celebration to commemorate conservation achievements from the past year and to raise funds to support future land conservation and farmer outreach efforts. This year, we’re celebrating Athens Land Trust’s commitment to preserving, protecting, and strengthening the fabric of the community.
Please join us on April 6th, 2025 from 2 to 5 PM at Athentic Brewing Company for live music, delicious local fare, beer and other libations brewed right on site, and oysters!
Another exciting announcement is the limited re-release of Land Sakes Lager, a seasonal Pale Czech Lager created by the incredible team at Athentic in celebration of the Athens Land Trust!
Proceeds from this event will help ensure Athens Land Trusts’ future work of education and the stewardship of land for affordable housing, conservation, agriculture, and economic development.
