Reem Edan is an Iraqi-American content creator, award-winning writer and internationally touring stand-up comedian known for her unique brand of “Muslim-ennial” humor. Since leaving a career in film marketing to focus on comedy, Reem has participated in several prestigious programs including the: NBC Late Night Writing Workshop, MGM Writing Program, Disney Television Discovers Talent Showcase, and Warner Bros / Rooster Teeth Digital Creators Workshop. She was also invited to attend a program at MIT for influencers using their platforms for change. Her more recent credits include performing in Arabic on ShahidVIP’s "Stand Up Sketch Show”; Fail Army’s “Stand-up Fails” and “Fail News”; and starring in several digital campaigns for FOX (“Family Guy,” “The Great North”), TBS (“Chad”), Warner Bros (“DC”) and Universal (alongside Elizabeth Banks to promote “Pitch Perfect 3”). Reem has penned memes and jokes for the official social media pages of: "Tom & Jerry," "Scooby Doo," and "Looney Tunes"; is a two-time scholarship recipient at the Groundlings; and was named one of Bustle’s “5 Muslim Women Comedians to Get You Through Social Distancing.”
Atheer Yacoub is a Brooklyn-based comedian and writer, who has performed across the U.S. on stage and on screen. Her half-hour stand-up special premiered on Comedy Central Arabia in 2018, and was broadcast for a global, multilingual audience across the Middle East. She’s been featured on AXSTV’s Gotham Comedy Live, at SF Sketchfest, at The Boston Comedy Festival and many more. Atheer also served as a staff writer for sketch shows like The Breakdown and Passport Control on Brooklyn’s Emmy award-winning network BRIC TV. She is also the co-creator and co-host of the critically-acclaimed sketch comedy show, Muslim Girls DTF: Discuss Their Faith, on FUSE TV, which has won numerous awards including Series Fest Best: Independent Comedy Writing, Yes And…Laughter Lab competition, and The Pop Culture Collaborative’s Becoming America Fund.
Aizzah is an actress and writer from New York City by way of Mississippi. After training as a Microbiologist and working as an ads engineer at Google, she traded in her Google perks for the arts, and hasn't looked back. Aizzah is a graudate of the conservatory at The American Academy of Dramatic Arts, and studied acting with the acclaimed Wynn Handman. Aizzah has appeared on High Maintenance (HBO), The Good Wife (CBS), Patrice O’Neal’s Guide to White People (Comedy Central), opposite Annette O’Toole in the short film Stuff , and is currently filming the lead role in the feature film My Cousin Sister's Wedding for which she wrote the screenplay with Emmy award winning director Iman Zawahry. She is the writer and performer of the ciritically acclaimed comedy one woman play Dirty Paki Lingerie which was developed with Matt Hoverman and Wynn Handman. The play has had sold out performances and received rave reviews in The Edinburgh Fringe Festival, NYC (The Flea Theater, 59E59, Abington Theater),Toronto (Harbourfront Center), a tour in Pakistan sponsored by the US Department of State, three tours in the UK including a 15 city tour in 2016 in addition to a US College Tour. Dirty Paki Lingerie is the first play to be invited to represent the United States at the International Theater Festival of Turkmenistan. The Wall Street Journal hailed it theplay that "Breaks down stereotypes of Muslim women in America" and critics called it a "must-see" production. The play has been nominated for a Broadway World award and a Manchester Theatre Award in the UK.
Marena Riyad was born in Nablus, Palestine. She is a Palestinian-American Actress, Stand-up Comedian, and Model. Marena has featured in Short films that showcase her insatiable desire to share her unique perspective of the Arab-American social experience. She has toured throughout the USA performing Stand-Up Comedy and was a finalist for the "Funniest Comedian in the Heartland" 2019 and a semi-finalist for "Funniest Comedian in Texas" 2019.
