 Philosophers & Fools will bring together a panel of local beverage experts for the second installment of its quarterly At the Table series, “The People & Ideas Behind What We Drink.”

Moderated by local influencer and creator Molly Goldrick, the conversation will explore the people, philosophies and evolving ideas shaping Charleston’s beverage scene—from wine and craft beer to the growing world of non-alcoholic drinks. Panelists include certified Sommelier Sarah O’Kelley of Grape to Table; Katharine Leitch, co-founder of non-alcoholic beverage brand Esspo; Palmer Quimby, owner and operator of Munkle Brewing Co; and Miguel Buencamino, published author & founder of Holy City Handcraft.

The evening will offer a look at the changing beverage landscape while giving attendees the chance to hear directly from the people behind some of Charleston’s most interesting drinks and ideas. Guests are invited to stay for drinks and conversation following the panel.
