This conference will investigate current aspects of astronomy and review how modern research confirms the Biblical account of Creation and confounds secular theories.
Conference Schedule
Saturday 8:30am – Doors Open, Free coffee and water available.
9am - “The Solar System Declares the Glory of God ” – Helmut Welke
Over 200 space probes have been sent to all the planets of our solar system as well as many of the larger moons. What we learn from these probes always contradicts man’s theories made from a distance. This talk is a tour of the planets, the data from space probes, and the actual findings which may surprise you!
10:15am - “Big Bang or Big Dud?” – Dr. Danny Faulkner
The Big Bang theory has been prominent since the mid-20th century, but recent developments have greatly added to its faults. In this presentation, Dr. Faulkner will explain in layman’s terms the major problems with the theory and the lack of observational evidence to support it.
11:30am - “James Webb Telescope Confirms the Bible”– Dr. Danny Faulkner
In this talk, Dr. Faulkner will show us the many beautiful photographs taken by the JW Space Telescope and explain how the findings further confound secular ideas about the origin of galaxies and our universe and fit the Biblical account.
12:30pm – Q & A Panel discussion with Faulkner & Welke. / Resource table open

Conference Speakers:
Dr. Danny Faulkner holds an MS in Physics from Clemson University and an MA and PhD in Astronomy from Indiana University. He was professor of astronomy and taught at the University of South Carolina- Lancaster for over 26 years. He serves as editor of the Creation Research Society Quarterly and has published over 100 papers. He recently worked as a researcher, author, and speaker for Answers in Genesis.
Helmut Welke, MS is a retired engineering manager with a Fortune 100 company. He holds BS and MS degrees in industrial engineering from the University of Illinois and has held positions in a variety of national and international assignments. He is also a member of the Creation Research Society and is an Ambassador for Logos Research Associates. He is now the president of Tennessee Creation Fellowship and an international Creation Science speaker.
