Each 75-minute class takes you on a journey through the zodiac, focusing on one of the three core astrological placements: Sun, Moon, and Rising. Perfect for those who want to deepen their connection to their astrological self while moving, breathing, and finding inner peace.
January 10 / Sun Sign: Hatha
In this class, we explore the essence of your Sun Sign—the core of who you are. We’ll begin with a brief astrological breakdown of the Sun Sign and its unique energy. Then, move through a foundational & grounding Hatha class, boosting your strength, vitality, and body awareness. We’ll close with a guided meditation that helps you embrace your solar essence and shine brighter in the world.
February 7 / Moon Sign: Restore
Your Moon Sign reveals your emotional landscape and inner world. This class focuses on nurturing your emotional body and calming your mind. We’ll start with an insightful chat about the Moon Sign’s influence on your feelings and instincts. Our yoga practice will be restful and restorative, allowing space to release stored emotions and harness introspection. Afterward, we’ll journey into a soothing meditation to cultivate emotional balance and self-compassion.
March 14 / Rising Sign: Flow
