Come and cozy up with us at Inglewood Community Hall.

Our Astral Sound Baths are held "amongst the stars" in a dark room with projected astral visuals.

We offer a gentle nervine tea to begin the sound healing session. Our Sound Bath Tea is intentionally blended with complementary herbs that support our nervous system and assist our bodies into a meditative state.

You will then lay amongst the stars while being bathed in Ocean Drum, Tingsha, Crystal Singing Pyramid , Swinging Chime, Quartz Crystal Singing Bowl, and Gong frequencies.

The combined effects of sound and nervine tea will lull you into a relaxed state where you can tap into your parasympathetic nervous system. Sound healing works on the basis of brain entrainment through frequencies, by lowering our brainwave lengths we can alter our states of consciousness to tap into full mind body relaxation.

Yoga mat
Pillow
Blanket
Comfortable clothing is recommended

Doors open at 6:50pm and close at 7:10pm to ensure there are no distractions, just frequencies!

Please allow yourself enough time to enjoy some tea.
