Come and cozy up with us at Inglewood Community Hall!Our Astral Sound Baths are held "amongst the stars" in a dark room with projected astral visuals, creating an immersive, calming environment.
We begin the evening with a gentle nervine tea, intentionally blended with herbs that support the nervous system and guide the body into a meditative state. As you sip your tea, you will lay amongst the stars and be bathed in the healing frequencies of Ocean Drum, Tingsha, Monochord, Crystal Singing Pyramid, Swinging Chime, Quartz Crystal Singing Bowl, and Gong.
The combined effects of sound and nervine tea will lull you into a relaxed state, allowing you to tap into your parasympathetic nervous system and fully unwind. Sound healing works on the principle of brain entrainment through frequencies, guiding your brainwave lengths into a state of relaxation, so you can experience deep mind-body harmony.
How is this session different from our typical Astral Sound Bath?:
In this session, we are joined by Jodi Hope-Johnstone, an experienced breathwork facilitator, who will guide you through Conscious Connected Breathwork. This simple, rhythmic breathing technique helps you relax, release stress, and connect more deeply with yourself. It's perfect for beginners—no prior experience needed—just an openness to breathe.
What to Bring:
Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, water bottle and blanket. Comfortable clothing is recommended.
Important Information: Doors open at 6:50pm and close at 7:05pm to ensure there are no distractions—just frequencies!
Please allow yourself enough time to enjoy your tea and settle in before we begin.
