Come cozy up with us at the Inglewood Community Hall in Calgary!Our Astral Sound Baths are held "amongst the stars" in a dark room with projected astral visuals.
We offer a gentle nervine tea to begin the sound healing session. Our sound bath tea is intentionally blended with complementary herbs that support our nervous system and assist our bodies into a meditative state.
You will then lay amongst the stars while being bathed in Ocean Drum, Tingsha, Crystal Singing Pyramid, Koshi, Swinging Chime, Gong and Crystal Singing Bowl Frequencies.
The combined effects of nervine tea and sound healing will have you tapping into your parasympathetic nervous system (the state in which we heal).
Please bring a yoga mat, pillow & blanket. Comfortable clothing is recommended.
Doors open at 6:50pm and close at 7:10pm to ensure there are no distractions, just frequencies!
