Associate Leadership Council: Monthly Meeting

Join us for the monthly Associate Leadership Council (ALC) Meeting held on Tuesday at 2:00 PM in the Market Center Training Room or via Zoom. These meetings are designed to create a collaborative environment where agent leadership helps shape the direction, growth, and culture of our Market Center.

During the meeting, ALC members will review important topics, feedback, and opportunities brought forward by agents and council representatives. The Team Leader will also share upcoming updates from Keller Williams Realty International (KWRI), market center initiatives, and growth-focused strategies aligned with our Market Center GPS.

Associates are welcome to sit in and observe the discussion as part of their leadership development and understanding of how decisions and initiatives are guided within the Market Center. Please note that attendees who are not current ALC members may observe but will not participate in the discussion.

These meetings are truly designed to be “by the agents, for the agents,” fostering collaboration, leadership growth, and a stronger future together.
