We are excited to invite you to our Winter Retreat at
Vicky Tree Yoga & Wellness near Horseshoe Valley, Ontario
on Saturday, March 1st from 9:15 am - 3:30pm.
Our itinerary includes a guided hike through the Copeland forest,
delicious healthy snacks and lunch, an Upper Body Sculpt class—and will wrap up with a luxurious Hot Stone Restorative Relaxation Class.
We'll also enjoy a presentation from Virginia called
Busy Life and Sticking To It "Goal Setting, Consistency + Imperfectly Perfect Living" followed by a discussion circle.
