This workshop will cover the minimum you need to know on how to adjust common groups of yoga postures. This will allow you to learn an adjustment framework to help you assist yoga practitioners in a variety of postures without having to memorize when to do what adjustment. During the 3 hours, we will cover and practice the adjustment framework so you feel prepared to incorporate adjustments more regularly in your classes. This workshop is recommended for yoga instructors. Yoga practitioners are also welcome to join to help deepen their practice.
