This time will be space to allow you to begin to practice the Gokul Yoga sequence as a self-practice with guidance. Assisted self-practice can help to develop your self practice to allow you to feel more comfortable practicing on your own and creating a more consistent practice.
We will start practice together at 11:30 with our opening mantra then you can practice what is appropriate for you and leave when you are ready to. During assisted self-practice you have the opportunity to stop ask questions and explore your practice with 1 on 1 time with the teacher.
Class is beginner friendly all are welcome!
$20 per session
