About this Event
As an Early Career Educator in your first years of teaching, assessment is a huge, important, and ongoing part of your job. This class will help you refine your efforts to understand your students' learning needs. We'll discuss and practice questioning techniques, writing quizzes, tests, and assignment directions while incorporating all levels of Bloom's Revised Taxonomy. Learn what to do after you have assessment results to address appropriate levels of remediation.
This class is part of the Center for Teaching and Learning Series Bite-Size Learning Series. Once you've attended and fully participated in 7.5 hours of class time in the Learning Series and completed the coursework, you can earn a free credit from Idaho State University.
