Enliven Learning and Sandra Piccoli & Associates are excited to be offering a brand-new program, pre-certified by the HRPA to meet requirements for CPD (6 hours).
We have been combined our expertise in intercultural competence, learning design and facilitation with HR consulting and program implementations in feedback, performance measurement, and leadership development to design a unique program to improve the communication and effectiveness of feedback and optimize performance.
This session:
· Help leaders use assessments and feedback to support growth in global, culturally diverse and cross‑generational teams.
· Explore how 360 feedback, emotional intelligence assessments, and conflict-style tools can illuminate strengths, blind spots, and patterns in how they show up across cultures and generations
· Integrate data into coaching conversations and performance measurement without triggering defensiveness
· Adapt feedback approaches to different cultural norms and age cohorts, and address anxiety about AI-enabled analytics and job security
Who we are:
Sandra Piccoli, CRHO, MES, CPCC, Business Consultant and Leadership Coach, is an internationally recognized expert in people, culture, and organizational performance. She brings over 25 years of experience transforming businesses of all sizes—from Fortune 500 companies to mid-sized organizations—across industries and continents. Since launching her consulting practice in 2016, Sandra has helped organizations align business and people strategies to unlock growth, engagement, and profitability. Sandra has designed and delivered award-winning leadership development programs recognized nationally and internationally and has extensive experience in executive assessment, succession planning, talent management, organizational design, employee engagement, and culture transformation. She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach with expertise in cultural transformation, leadership development, total rewards and organizational effectiveness.
Nitin Deckha (he/him) holds a PhD in Anthropology from Rice University, Houston, Texas, a Master's Certificate in Adult Training and Development from the Schulich Executive Education Centre, York University, Toronto, and is a Certified Training Development Professional (CTDP). As Principal of Enliven Learning, Nitin sprouts ideas and strategies to guide learners, clients and organizations in the areas of leadership development, intercultural competence, and the future of work, including human-AI integration. Nitin has more than 15 years' experience of postsecondary course development and teaching, including in the areas of anthropology, intercultural communication, and the transformation of work, and has taught at the University of Toronto, McMaster University, University of Guelph-Humber, in Canada, and Hochschule Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences, in Germany. He has also been a repeated speaker at HRPA events.
