Assertiveness Training Workshop - Women Only - Sat 7th Dec from 12 to 4pm

A brand new face to face workshop has been scheduled in for another Woman’s Only Assertiveness Training Group.

This will be held over 4 hours with a maximum of 9 participants.

Date: Saturday 7th of December

Time: 12noon to 4pm

Cost: $120 including gst ($30 per hour)

The purpose of this workshop is to help educate and empower woman to take back control of their lives.

Contents includes learning about why the cycle repeats, values, boundaries, your style of communication, and how to make change.

If you are hoping that one day your loved one or those around you will stop using you or taking advantage of you, then you will be forever waiting. Others won’t make change if they are getting want they want. Therefore, it is up to you to make the change in you behaviour so that you can stop the cycle and live a better life.

It can be done. I have many clients and previous participants who have done just that - made the change.
