Her trauma-informed approach, rooted in Internal Family Systems and nervous system regulation, empowers women to cultivate confidence and assertiveness in their personal and professional lives.
Assertiveness - How to Speak Up for Yourself & Others
This workshop empowers women to find and use their voice with confidence. You will explore the principles of assertiveness, learning how to express your thoughts, needs, and boundaries effectively while respecting others. Through real-world scenarios and role-playing exercises, you will practice speaking up for yourself and others, a crucial skill for leadership and advocacy in any setting.
