Take your game to the next level behind the plate with All-Star Sports Academy’s End of Summer Softball Catching Program, hosted at our Havertown Training Center. This 4-week program is designed for athletes ages 10U through 14U and focuses on building complete, confident catchers ready to lead their team.
Held every Monday in August, each one-hour session dives into the essential skills that separate great catchers from the rest. Athletes will receive focused instruction on blocking, receiving, throwing mechanics, footwork, and leadership. They’ll also develop the mental side of the position – learning how to manage pitchers, control the pace of the game, and lead with confidence from behind the plate.
Whether you’re just starting at the position or preparing for more advanced competition, this program offers age-appropriate instruction tailored to every level of experience. Led by ASSA certified instructors, each session will provide athletes with hands-on coaching, meaningful reps, and a competitive yet supportive environment to grow.
