Join us for an exciting hands-on hair camp designed especially for girls ages 14-16! This week-long immersive experience will empower them to style their own hair and build lasting self-confidence. During Days 1-3, you will learn essential hair styling techniques and practice on mannequins. Then, on Days 4-5, you'll take turns styling each other's hair, putting your new skills into action. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) Q: Do I need to buy any hair styling tools or products for my child? A: No! We provide all the necessary products, tools, and mannequin heads for the participants to use throughout the week. Q: How should my daughter wear her hair on the first day? A: Participants must arrive with their hair free from any protective styles (such as braids, twists, or weaves) so they are ready to learn, practice, and manage hair easily. Q: Is lunch provided? A: Lunch is not provided. Please pack a daily lunch and snacks for your child to keep them energized. Q: What happens on Days 4 and 5? A: These are the exciting "live practice" days! After practicing on mannequins for the first three days, participants will take turns styling each other's hair. Please ensure your child is prepared and comfortable with having her hair styled by her peers on these days. Q: Does my daughter need prior experience to attend this camp? A: Yes, participants should have some basic hair styling experience. Because they will be putting their skills into action by styling each other's hair on Days 4 and 5, a baseline understanding of styling is necessary to successfully complete these hands-on services.
