To ensure proper meal planning and seating arrangements, all tickets should be purchased by April 29, 2026. Tickets purchased after this date will incur an additional $10 late fee. ASPA President’s Award
Honoring an individual or organization selected by the Chapter President for exceptional contributions to the mission and values of ASPA Sacramento. This award recognizes distinguished service, leadership, or advocacy that has positively impacted the Chapter and the broader public service community.

2026 Awardee: Aimee Zenzele Barnes

Chester A. Newland Academic Excellence Honoring a college student, teacher, administrator or organization that has demonstrated scholarship and leadership in public administration or a closely related field of study. This award recognizes the noteworthy contribution to the educators of public administators.

2026 Honoree: Angileena Hayes

Community Service Award
Recognizing individuals or organizations whose sustained civic leadership has strengthened Northern California communities. This award honors service that uplifts, inspires, and drives positive change outside of formal government roles.

2026 Honoree: League of Women Voters, Sacramento County

Elizabeth Hill Public Administrator of the Year
Celebrating a non-elected public administrator who demonstrates unwavering integrity, excellence in management, and a commitment to effective governance. This award honors impactful leadership and dedication to the people they serve.

2026 Honoree: Jasinda Muhammad

Government Innovation Award
