Eat the City: Rose Ave x Aslin Collaboration Dinner
June 15th- Aslin Alexandria, doors at 6pm
Eat the City is back! After an amazing dinner with Queen's English, we're back with a brand new beer dinner experience! We’re teaming up with Rose Ave for a one-night-only dinner collaboration that’s going to blow you away.
This isn’t just dinner, it’s a full-on flavor experience. And yes… we brewed a beer just for it.
Check out the Menu:
1st Course: Ube Brioche Rolls and burnt coconut butter.
2nd Course: Crab curry bisque with shrimp croissant toast.
3rd Course: Arugula and Fennel Salad with pomelos, mint, and pistachio. Mixed with a palm sugar lime leaf dressing.
4th Course: Indonesian Beef Rendang Pizza- Rendang-inspired pizza with a galangal lime leaf bechamel, rendang spiced beef crumbles, and topped with acar timun, which is an Indonesian pickle containing cucumbers, shallots, and red chilis.
5th Course: Mango Chè (Vietnamese dessert soup)- Mango gelato, sago, cococut cream and tropical fresh fruit.
We'll also have our collaboration beer Bia Bia by the Brothers- a rice lager with Kafir Lime and Tamarind!
