About this Event

American Sign Language Level 1 Class

American Sign Language Courses for Adults (age 13+)

Basic course in American Sign Language. Participants will learn the basic skills needed to communicate with Deaf and Hard of Hearing people in the community. This includes: fingerspelling, numbers, basics of ASL grammar, common vocabulary, and classifiers.

This class will be conducted virtually via Zoom with a Deaf ASL Master Instructor.

Course Length:
8 weeks beginning on March 27, 2025, at 6:30 pm CST.
Classes run for 2 hours every Thursday.

Cost: $150

The class is limited to 20 participants.
