At Ask A Therapist, you will learn where and how to begin your journey toward mental wellbeing. You will learn the difference between mental wellbeing, mental health, and mental illness; what the funny letters being a provider's name mean; what types of providers prescribe medication and which don't; what an intake session looks like, what questions you should ask a provider, what therapy is and is not, and more.
Grab a cup of tea or coffee and join us for an informational session followed by a Q&A where you can get curious and ask questions with therapists.
