If you are pregnant or newly post-partum, you can connect with other Black women and get useful information from birth doulas, midwives, and post-partum doulas in a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. Get your questions answered while getting in a refreshing walk promoting physical and mental wellness and overall maternal health. You will feel empowered with knowledge and resources that will enhance your pregnancy journey. Refreshments provided.
