Guests will experience a six-course journey reflective of our recent travels through Iba, Zambales, Manila, Hundred Islands, and Cebu — where salt, open flame, and regional food ways shape every dish. Expect bold flavors, thoughtful technique, and modern interpretations of some of the most beloved Filipino dishes.
