Guests will experience a six-course journey reflective of our recent travels through Iba, Zambales, Manila, Hundred Islands, and Cebu — where salt, open flame, and regional food ways shape every dish. Expect bold flavors, thoughtful technique, and modern interpretations of some of the most beloved Filipino dishes. This is in celebration of our participation in Mile High Asian Food Week 2026.
