Asia’s 50 Best Penrose Kuala Lumpur Takes Over MO BAR, Singapore on 22 January

Singapore’s cocktail scene welcomes one of Asia’s most celebrated bars this January as Penrose KL brings its acclaimed programme to MO BAR, Singapore for a one-night-only guest shift on Thursday, 22 January 2026, from 8pm to 11pm. Ranked No.10 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2025 and crowned The Best Bar in Malaysia 2025, Penrose’s Maître d’ Brandon Tan and bartender Kah Mun will present a curated menu that reflects the Kuala Lumpur bar’s approach of sophistication and refinery.

Guests can expect four cocktails designed for a spirited evening, including the whisky-forward Vana Solis with The Macallan, citrus and vanilla, Truff Noir, a savoury-leaning serve layered with Highland Park whisky, Riesling, truffle and nori; the bright, herbaceous Bayasalt Berry with No.3 London Dry Gin, basil and strawberry, and the signature umami-driven Penrose Gibson, reimagined with sake, vinegar, leek and shio kombu. Cocktails are priced at SGD26++ each.

Kicking off MO BAR’s guest shift calendar for the year, the collaboration brings together two outstanding regional bar programmes for a one-night exchange and is not to be missed.
