The Asian NextGen Pastors Network is the SBC Asian Collective hub for NextGen English-speaking pastors and church leaders that encourages and equips through friendship, collaboration, and mentoring.
Join us for a meaningful and encouraging Leaders Luncheon designed specifically for pastors and church leaders who desire to build a ministry that lasts. In a calling that often demands so much, it’s vital to intentionally invest in the health, sustainability, and longevity of your leadership.
This gathering will create space for honest conversation, practical insight, and genuine connection around three critical areas that directly impact long-term ministry effectiveness. Together, we’ll explore wise approaches to finances and retirement planning, emphasizing stewardship and future preparedness. We’ll also highlight the importance of cultivating authentic pastoral friendships—relationships that strengthen, support, and sustain you through every season of ministry. Additionally, we’ll address mental health, offering encouragement and tools to help you lead from a place of wholeness rather than burnout.
