10:30 AM – 12:30 PM | Oppositions of Forces 1 – Standing Sequence
Explore the Ashtanga standing series through the lens of balance, strength, and stability. Learn how opposing forces — grounding and lifting, effort and ease — create harmony and resilience in your practice.
