Come and join Maureen in this Ashtanga primary series foundations workshop. This class will break down the standing and seated postures with verbal and hands on gentle adjustments and modifications given for all levels of experience.
Practice will be at a slow pace, and take a little more time over finding safe and new ways to come into inversions and twists with lots of props and individual guidance. You will also dive a little into the philosophy and history of the practice.
It will be an informal but strong practice with a long savasana to end.
All levels welcome.
